ANZ by Designs and Gifts offers custom and non-custom merchandise, promotional products, apparel, accessories, gifts, event-related items, and other products as listed on our website.
Because many of our products are custom-made, colors, designs, and placement may vary slightly from product images shown online.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability at any time.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
ANZ by Designs and Gifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizing, and design details before production begins.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or exchanged unless the error was made by ANZ by Designs and Gifts.
6. Payment
Payment is required before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods offered during checkout.
Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.
7. Shipping
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
ANZ by Designs and Gifts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Custom and personalized products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain an error caused by ANZ by Designs and Gifts.
9. Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated, event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise announced.
If an event is canceled by ANZ by Designs and Gifts, refund information will be provided to ticket holders.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, product images, website content, text, and branding belonging to ANZ by Designs and Gifts are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
● Submit false or misleading information.
● Use the website for unlawful purposes.
● Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality.
● Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
12. Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy
At ANZ by Designs and Gifts, we take pride in providing quality custom products and exceptional customer service. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once production has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:
● Custom apparel
● Personalized gifts
● Promotional products
● Event favors
● Customized drinkware
● Custom accessories
Non-Custom Merchandise
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date if they are:
● Unused and in their original condition
● In the original packaging (if applicable)
● Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is determined to be the responsibility of ANZ by Designs and Gifts, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
